"We, Us, Our" used here refers to g33 Automobile Club

"You, Your, Member" used here refers to our members/prospective members

 

Information Collected: The information we collect from you such as your name, mailing and email address, telephone number and vehicle make model and year and insurance carrier, are used by us to help keep track of and continually verify your membership . We also collect and file information about your membership with us. Some information is available to you upon request. As a member of our club, g33 requires your contact information such as address, phone and email be current and up to date, in addition to having a valid driver's license, vehicle registration and insurance. We use this to provide service to our members whenever they require it, and keep them updated about their membership and what we g33 can offer them. We require the information again by our members when providing service to them just to verify and make sure the information is right while keeping your privacy secure.

 

Protecting Information: Protecting your information is very important to us. Your personal information is only used by us and not by any other party, so we do not send it to anyone else.

PayPal is our affiliate for financial transactions only, they verify and protect your information when you use them to buy your membership. PayPal has a very good, trusted and long standing reputation for keeping your information secured. Note please, that no information you use on PayPal is shared with us g33 Automobile Club

 

 

Protected Email Addresses: Email addresses you give us, will be used to contact you in response to service required. We also will give you information related to your membership with us with your email.

 

“Cookies" Use: One feature of your Internet browser called a “cookie” which is a small file placed on the user’s hard drive, is used by us to facilitate site navigation, for Internet sessions, and to maintain security. We use cookies to remember your personal settings and tags, which are also called pixel tags, 1x1s, or transparent GIFs, and other technologies to manage our email programs. These tags gather information to analyze the performance of our email marketing and help us understand how consumers are responding to messages sent.

 

Copyrights: It is safe to assume everything on our site is copyrighted. Except as provided in the terms and with the express written consent of g33 Auto Club, you may not use, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, publicly display or perform this site or any portion thereof.  Images of people or places used on this site were made available publicly, and we did not modify or enhance any of the images used on this site.

 

Trademarks: Names,  phrases, logos, and trademarks displayed on our site are owned by g33 Automobile Club. The written permission of g33 Auto Club that own the trademark is required for any use thereof. Illegal use of any Trademarks, or any other content, displayed on our site is not allowed. We as a group reserve the right to enforce its intellectual property rights through civil and criminal proceedings.

Refunds: Within 14 days of your membership purchase, if you require a refund, the full amount of $36 will be refunded back to you. After 14 days, a partial part of your purchase is what will be refunded back to you, when you request a refund. After 30 days from the purchase date, no refunds can be issued.

Coverage: Membership in g33 Auto Club covers each member for a particular vehicle, and it is not transferable to any other person or vehicle. Please it is recommended that our members provide precise and up to date information on their vehicle they want to cover. For members that have more than one vehicle they would like to cover, they will have to pay a separate membership coverage for each vehicle.

Claims/Procedure: We refer to this as the incident our members want our assistance to pay for. After we receive your claim request by email, we will email back with the information we will require you to send to help us start our disbursement process to you. When we receive the information you send, we review the information and verify it. After the review and verification, that typically does not take much time, a payment will be sent to you, our member.

 

Note please that a claim can only be made after your first month of membership in g33 Automobile Club, for an incident that happened to your vehicle from the day you purchased your membership. In the case of a DUI/DWI citation, we can only assist members up to a certain point.

Disbursement/Deferred: We make payments to our members either in the form of a check that will be mailed, or by making a transfer to their PayPal account from ours. The choice on how a payment is sent is made by our member. Any other form of payment a member may prefer will incur additional charges to the member. Also, we will include an additional amount to the payment sent if the payment was not sent on the original scheduled date. This additional amount is for the inconvenience to our members, for receiving payment on a deferred date and not the original date.

Disclaimer: g33 Auto Club strives to be open and upfront on what prospective members can expect and will get from us. Any inquiries you may have you can feel free to contact us about it, please do not hesitate. We want to make it easy and affordable for people who might be interested in the service we offer.

 

We offer our service only to our members. Prospective members are required to have a valid driver's license, automobile registration and automobile insurance. We offer financial assistance to help our members with costs related to what we cover on their vehicle. The financial assistance we provide our members starts at 33% of the cost incurred. Increments will be added upon that 33% based on our discretion.

 

We do not provide these services to our members; automobile insurance, roadside assistance, rental car provision.
